Refund policy
At ARLUXX, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and a professional customer experience.
Our policies ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, while protecting the integrity of our operations and commitments to our clients.
1. Scope and Deadlines
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to delivery.

Shipping damage or incorrect item: please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos of the product and packaging.

Missing parts or defects discovered after receipt: you have 30 days from receipt to report any issue.
Depending on the situation, ARLUXX will repair, replace, or complete the product as appropriate.
2. No Monetary Refunds
ARLUXX does not issue cash or card refunds.
When a return is exceptionally approved, a store credit (no expiry) or an equivalent exchange will be provided.
3. Final Sale
All items purchased on sale, promotion, clearance, or during special events are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or price adjustment.
4. Catalogue and Custom Orders
Products ordered from our catalogue, website, or as special orders are considered final sale upon confirmation.
They cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect reported within the stated timeframes.
Minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions within industry tolerances are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Shipping and Transit Times
Delivery timelines provided at the time of purchase are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Imported furniture is subject to potential delays including ocean freight disruptions, port congestion, rail or trucking shortages, customs inspections, and weather-related events.
Once a custom or catalogue order is confirmed and production or shipment has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to transit or logistics delays. We appreciate your understanding as these factors are beyond our direct control.
Upon arrival of your merchandise at our local warehouse, our team will contact you promptly to schedule delivery according to your availability and our delivery schedule.
5. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders.
Deposits serve to reserve inventory, initiate production, and cover administrative and handling costs.
Deposits for sale, promotional, or clearance items are strictly non-refundable, without exception.
If ARLUXX is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be converted to store credit or refunded at ARLUXX’s discretion.
6. Delivery and Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring that purchased products can be delivered and installed at the specified address (doorways, staircases, elevators, etc.).
Additional fees may apply if the client is absent or if delivery is unsuccessful.
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted due to limited access or delivery constraints.
7. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup.
In the event of non-payment within the agreed timeframe, ARLUXX reserves the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit as compensation.
8. Legal Warranty (Quebec)
All ARLUXX products are covered by Quebec’s legal warranty of quality and normal use, as provided under the Consumer Protection Act.
This warranty applies in addition to the policies outlined above and ensures that each product is fit for its intended purpose.
9. Dispute Resolution
ARLUXX is committed to handling all inquiries and claims in good faith and to finding a fair solution promptly.
Any unresolved dispute will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal.
