Studio Policies & Terms
Respect for the Space
ARLUXX Studio is a curated, design-forward environment.
All furniture, décor, fixtures, and equipment must be handled with care and returned to their original placement before the end of the session.
Any damages, stains, structural impact, or excessive wear will result in repair or replacement charges billed to the booking client.
Time & Overtime
Sessions begin and end strictly within the reserved time slot.
• Setup and teardown must occur within your booked time
• Overtime is billed at the applicable hourly rate
• Late departures may result in additional charges
We cannot extend sessions if another booking follows.
Setups & Layout Changes
Your booking includes one styled setup.
Additional layout changes or background reconfigurations are available at the published add-on rate per setup.
Major furniture relocation must be approved in advance.
Group Size
Bookings are limited to the number of guests specified in your selected session type.
Larger groups, production crews, or commercial teams must request approval prior to arrival. Additional fees may apply.
Cleanliness & Condition
Food, drinks, and styling materials must be managed responsibly.
Glitter, confetti, open flames, smoke machines, body oils on light upholstery, and materials that may stain or damage surfaces are strictly prohibited.
The studio must be left in the condition it was received.
After-Hours Access
After-hours bookings provide private access to the showroom.
Clients are responsible for securing the space upon departure and ensuring no unauthorized individuals enter during the reserved time.
Content & Usage
Clients are fully responsible for the content produced during their session.
ARLUXX Studio reserves the right to decline bookings that conflict with brand values, safety standards, or property protection.
Liability
ARLUXX Studio is not responsible for:
• Personal injury
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal equipment
• Equipment malfunction brought by clients
All clients assume full responsibility for their team and guests.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon payment.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds follow the published cancellation policy.
Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all studio policies and terms.
